Join us in our 50th anniversary year & help manage this wonderful raised bog!
Come and lend a hand with the management of this wonderful raised bog, which is the focus of a major habitat improvement project. Work will include a range of practical tasks, including some scrub clearance, checking on livestock and maintaining paths and boundaries. The site is very wet, with little shelter. Please bring good wellies and waterproofs, as well as a packed lunch. Please contact Lee Schofield on 01228 829574 or lees@cumbriawildlifetrust.org.uk to confirm a day or two in advance. Children are welcome. Dogs are allowed if on leads.
