About the event

Join us to search for a host of wildflowers that grow across the limestone grassland and woodland edge of this great nature reserve, including several species of orchid.  Help us count the number of flowering spikes to monitor our conservation work.  

With luck we should find species including fly orchid and greater butterfly orchid, along with a whole host of other wildflowers that make up this special landscape.

We’ll also be looking out for spring wildlife including our breeding birds and butterflies.

Meet at the reserve entrance, just down the old A590 road from Derby Arms public house.
