This is an exciting time for Norfolk’s largest conservation charity as it journeys towards its centenary in 2026 and continues to expand its vital work for Norfolk’s wildlife.

We are seeking a highly motivated projects officer to join our Strategy, Impact and Projects team. This new role will be responsible for supporting the project managers on some of our large-scale key strategic projects and for project managing a range of smaller projects. They will also play a key role in supporting the Trust to adopt a project management framework, project reporting and ensure that we realise the benefits from the projects we deliver.

The Trust’s project portfolio comprises a wide variety of projects including the development of our reserves, visitor experience and work with local communities, along with projects to update and enhance our core systems and improve our processes, ensuring that new technologies and ways of working are successfully adopted across the organisation.
Excellent co-ordination, collaboration and delivery skills are essential to allow you to support and enable the organisation to build on strong foundations to create even greater impact.

The post offers an excellent opportunity for a candidate with project management experience who is looking to further develop their skills working on high priority projects for the Trust. They will use their skills to support the Trust in its growth and in making a greater impact for wildlife, working within an experienced and supportive team.

If you are an experienced projects officer or project manager, with an interest in Norfolk’s wildlife, we’d love to hear from you.

Deadline for applications: Start of business (09.00 GMT) on Monday 3rd June 2024, with interviews to be arranged for the week commencing Monday 17th June 2024.
