Beat the winter blues and find out how nature can boost your health

Join our Wild at Heart team to try out five easy ways to wellbeing this winter. Discover natural mindfulness and how connecting with the nature on your doorstep can really help beat those winter blues.

We’ll also be hearing from Dr Nicola Dempsey, Senior Lecturer in the Department of Landscape at the University of Sheffield, about natural health and the results of the University’s Improving Wellbeing through Urban Nature (IWUN) project.

Doors from 6.30pm with light refreshments, talks run from 7pm to 9pm with a short break.
