With Walking for Health, you can take part in a free short walk to help you get active and stay active at a pace that works for you.

Healthy Walks are a great way to stretch your legs, explore what's on your doorstep and make new friends. Regular walks start at 11am every 2nd and 4th Wednesday in the month and last for approximately one hour.

Please wear suitable footwear for walking on the paths around the lakes.

Walking for Health is coordinated by walking charity Ramblers in partnership with Macmillan Cancer Support.
