Northumberland Wildlife Trust is an environmental charity working to protect wildlife in Newcastle, North Tyneside and Northumberland. We are constantly looking for ‘sales ambassadors’ to expand our membership base and raise our profile in the North East.
We are seeking enthusiastic, professional people, perhaps with a background in sales or customer-service. You will be responsible for asking people to join the Trust at venues such as country fairs, tourist attractions, nature reserves, supermarkets and garden centres. You will be self-confident, highly motivated and comfortable talking to the public. A driving licence and your own transport are essential to travel to different venues.
Location: pre-booked venues within driving distance from your home.
Salary: Min wage + bonus + expenses + pension contribution; 10 month contract (with the prospect of renewal), ideally 2 days per week
