Marketing and Membership Manager

Salary: £15,360, depending on experience (£25,600 pro rata)

MWT is looking for an enthusiastic person to join our team to drive our marketing and membership management which is essential to making our conservation work possible.

The post holder is directly responsible for the day-to-day management of marketing for MWT. This includes managing our membership schemes, communication channels and delivering messages about our work to target audiences, working with staff and volunteers to create content for our communication channels, building and improving our proposition, working with staff, volunteers and trustees on campaigns and appeals, providing expertise to inform marketing within our Strategic Plan.

Key elements of the role include:

  • Build and nurture our supporter base through our membership schemes, encouraging involvement in our work and championing MWT, our natural environment and wildlife.
  • Work with MWT’s Marketing Committee to lead on our Marketing Plan/Strategy
  • Coordinate and manage MWT’s membership schemes (corporate and public subscriptions)
  • Build corporate relationships/networking and increase sponsorship and other fundraising activities
  • Coordinate MWT’s communications, in particular our social media channels

Permanent appointment
Part Time – 3 days per week
Salary £15,560 (£25,600 pro rata)
