Join Worcester local group's monthly meeting and enjoy Andy Holt's kingfisher story...

This talk documents Andy’s experiences of monitoring a breeding population of Kingfishers on the River Trent in Staffordshire over a period of 10 years.

Andy and Helen Holt are keen amateur naturalists and conservationists living in Staffordshire, England. They have been photographing wildlife for over 10 years and since 2012 they have also been making wildlife films. Although they share a love of all native British wildlife, they have a particular fondness for kingfishers and dragonflies, both of which have been the subject of their film projects.

The talk features a PowerPoint presentation and film screening.
