Event details

24 September 2017 - 10:00am - 3:00pm

Join local master preserver, Janet Peachey, of Peacheys Preserves at this masterclass, which will be held in the beauty of Suffolk Wildlife Trust's Redgrave & Lopham Fen reserve. You will learn how quick and easy it is to make different jams and conserves which will make lovely edible gifts for your friends and family.

Janet will show you how to use a variety of ingredients to create different flavours and give you lots of new ideas for recipes. Jams can be used for lots of things other than bread and scones - strawberry & vanilla is great in sponges and chilli jam fantastic in chocolate brownies!
