An illustrated study of the birds and animals in the smallest African country surrounded by Senegal and the Atlantic Ocean. Over 500 species of birds can be found in The Gambia along with many reptiles and other animals.

With 11% of the country being covered in water it makes a very interesting place to visit. Speaker Don Wilks - local naturalist and traveller.

Tea and biscuits available. Assistance dogs only. Donations towards the evening’s costs will be appreciated. Organised by the Folkestone, Hythe & Dover Local Group.
