Woodland Wellbeing Walk at Bradfield Woods

This event has already passed.

Event details

13 August 2017 - 2:30pm - 4:00pm

Woodland wellbeing walks give us the opportunity to connect with the wonder of the natural world; the bursting buds in spring, the clarity of a nightingale's song in summer, the glory of autumn leaves. Each moment in nature can return us to a place of childlike wonder and help to develop a real, lasting sense of well being. Breathe deeply and smile!

Guided woodland wellbeing walks incorporate a gentle stroll through beautiful woodland with mindfulness and moments of stillness. These walks provide an opportunity to relax and let go of daily busy-ness.
Learn new techniques to connect with the therapeutic power of nature and discover a sense of inner peace and harmony.

Please bring a drink (and snack).
