Come and join SWT Volunteer and bird expert Pete Bickford on International Dawn Chorus Day to celebrate nature’s most wonderful wake up call!
We will walk a circular 2 mile route around Brookwood, taking in the different habitats along the way including Brookwood Cemetery, the Basingstoke canal and some areas of heathland. You should see and hear a good variety of birds and maybe learn to identify a few more birds by their call. Then join us, if you wish, for a warming cup of tea, coffee or hot chocolate and a pastry at the Head Office and get the opportunity to ask Pete any questions you may have.
