Help clear the way for wildlife
Meadow cutting and scrub clearance to maintain the quality of the superb species rich grassland at Waitby. Our aim is to reduce rankness and allow the wild flowers of this unique grassland to flourish. The task will involve cutting grass, raking and removal of the arisings and some scrub digging. Kids are welcome if accompanied by parent or guardian at all times. Outdoor clothes, gloves and strong boots are recommended. Bring a packed lunch and flask for tea.
