The Wildlife Trusts work in partnership with the British Society of Underwater Photographers (BSoUP).
Each year The Wildlife Trusts are involved with judging images in BSoUP's competitions. With the help of BSoUP photographers, The Wildlife Trusts has raised awareness of its Living Seas campaign through BSoUP members' stunning images.
Last year, the BSoUP / DIVER Annual Print Competition was held at 'Dive' at Birmingham's NEC over the weekend 26-27 October. 80 of the best submitted prints in four categories were mounted for display and judging by the visiting public, with a panel of three judges selecting the overall winner for the Grand Prize of a holiday in Tobago courtesy of Oonasdivers. The Wildlife Trusts sponsored the two British categories by awarding prizes to the two winners which were voted for by the public.
Congratulations to this year’s winners Caroline Robertson-Brown from the British and Irish category, for her print of ‘Waving seal’ taken in Anglesey, North Wales and Living Seas winner Dan Bolt from the Advanced British and Irish Category for his print of Cuttlefish taken at Babbacombe, Devon.
