The Wildlife Trusts work in partnership with the British Society of Underwater Photographers (BSoUP).
Each year The Wildlife Trusts are involved with judging images in BSoUP's competitions. With the help of BSoUP photographers, The Wildlife Trusts has raised awareness of its Living Seas campaign through BSOUP members' stunning images.
This year, The Wildlife Trusts judged a ‘Living Seas’ winner and runner up in both the Advanced British and Irish and the British and Irish categories at the BSoUP/DIVER Annual Print Competition which was displayed at this year's Dive Show at the Birmingham NEC on the 27th-28th October 2012.
Congratulations to this year’s Living Seas winner Atanas Petrov and runner-up Saeed Rashid from the British and Irish category and Living Seas winner Trevor Rees and runner up Sue Daly from the Advanced British and Irish Category. Saeed was the winner of the main British & Irish category with the same print, beating runner-up Caroline Robertson-Brown. Sue was also runner-up in the main Advanced British & Irish category with the same print, beaten by Eleonora Manca. The Overall winner of the competition was Joss Woolf. Full results of this competition can also be viewed here.
