Stunning underwater images taken in UK waters help us to showcase some of our spectacular sea life, with the kind support of photographers who enter the annual British Society of Underwater Photographers’ (BSoUP) competitions

The BSoUP / DIVER Annual Print Competition 2014 competition, which The Wildlife Trusts help to judge, illustrates the beauty to be behold, if only we take a closer look.  From the far North to the south west, there are thriving habitats to be explored and the resulting photographs help us illustrate what is at stake if we don’t protect them for the future.

The Wildlife Trusts sponsor the British & Irish categories and award prizes to two photographers whose prints receive the most votes from members of the public. See who won in 2014 here.
